By accessing or using Commmun, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You may use Commmun only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all content you post and all activity under your account.
Ticket purchases and creator memberships are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charge. Refunds are handled at the creator's discretion for tickets and through Stripe's billing portal for subscriptions.
Creators are responsible for delivering the events and content they publish. Commmun is not liable for creator content or event cancellations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
Commmun is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
