Trust and Safety
Commmun reviews reports of harassment, impersonation, fraud, illegal activity, and other platform abuse. This page explains how to report issues and what happens next.
1. Reporting
Report violations through any in-product report entry point where available, or email trust@commmun.com with relevant URLs, handles, timestamps, and screenshots if possible.
2. Emergencies
If someone is in immediate physical danger, contact local emergency services first. Commmun is not a substitute for law enforcement or emergency response.
3. Review and Response
We prioritize credible threats, child safety issues, impersonation, fraud, and creator marketplace abuse. Review times vary by severity and the evidence available.
4. Moderation Actions
- Warnings or required corrections.
- Content or event removal.
- Messaging, listing, or payout restrictions.
- Temporary suspension or permanent account removal.
5. Appeals
Users may appeal by contacting appeals@commmun.com within 30 days with the affected account handle and a concise explanation. We review appeals in context, but repeated bad-faith appeals may be closed without further action.
